A new, gorgeously designed Modern Israeli concept is opening in West Palm Beach! They are seeking a Sous Chef to be a part of leading the team with the Executive Chef.

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $75,000
• Health Care Health, Vision and Dental.
• 2 weeks PTO

Requirements:

The perfect Candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Hands on day-to-day kitchen leadership.
• A minimum of 3 years of extensive culinary experience, particularly in high-capacity kitchens
• Experience in Israeli cuisine preferred
• Proven success systemizing kitchen processes and procedures specifically sanitation, training, order etc.
• Selecting developing and retaining top kitchen talent.
• Financial management – P&L, Labor, Food
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally while cultivating teamwork with back of house and front of house team.
• Attention to detail, specifically sanitation, training service, food quality).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Develop, plan and execute a BOH training and sanitation plan
